What "custom" actually means here
Bring a screenshot, a dress, or just a colour you like. The technician sketches the idea with you first, agrees the base shade and where the detail sits, then paints it. Because the art is hand-painted on a gel base, it can be as quiet as a single gold line on one accent nail or as detailed as florals across all ten. The full 75 minutes exists so nothing is rushed; fine detail work is slow by nature.
The 7 steps of a nail art session
1. Design consultation. Colours, finish, which nails carry the detail. This is where a picture on your phone helps most.
2. Prep and shaping. Length and shape agreed, cuticles softened and pushed back, the nail surface cleaned so the base grips.
3. Gel base. A bonding layer plus the base shade, cured under the UV/LED lamp.
4. Hand-painted art. Fine brushes, one nail at a time. Lines, marble, florals, French twists, whatever the two of you settled on.
5. Gems and finishes. Crystals, gold leaf, chrome or matte effects set into the design where you want them.
6. Gel top coat. The whole design is sealed and cured, which is what makes hand-painted art survive a beach holiday.
7. Cuticle oil. A finishing oil and a short hand massage.

Making it last
The gel top coat does the heavy lifting, but the same rules apply as any gel: cuticle oil daily, gloves for washing up, and never pick it off, which takes the top layer of your own nail with it. Come back for a proper soak-off instead. Sea water is fine; chlorine and long hot baths are what dull the finish.
