- What can I do in Hurghada when the sea is closed?
- A spa visit is one of the most relaxing options when the sea is closed because of wind. Turkish hammam, Moroccan bath and a 60- or 90-minute massage are indoor activities, unaffected by sea conditions. See our full guide on things to do when the sea is closed.
- Can I book a massage in Hurghada today?
- Yes, in most cases. Slots fill up faster in the afternoon, so morning and late-evening times are usually still open the same day. Use the booking form or WhatsApp us for the fastest answer.
- Do you offer free hotel pickup?
- Yes, free hotel pickup is included anywhere inside Hurghada. Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Makadi Bay add EUR 10 per guest for the transfer.
- Can I pay at the spa?
- Yes. Reserve online without any payment and pay at the spa, in EUR cash, EGP cash, or by card. PayPal pre-payment is also available if you prefer.
- What is the cheapest massage in Hurghada?
- Our 60-minute full-body massage starts at EUR 15 per person. It includes free hotel pickup inside Hurghada. See the cheap massage page for details.
- What is the best spa package for couples?
- The Cleopatra Plus program (sauna, jacuzzi, milk-and-honey bath, scrub and 45-minute massage) is the most popular couples choice. The Turkish hammam and Moroccan hammam are excellent alternatives.
- What is the difference between Turkish hammam and Moroccan hammam?
- Turkish hammam uses a heated marble platform with olive-soap foam and a kessa-glove exfoliation. Moroccan hammam uses black beldi soap, kessa scrub and a ghassoul clay wrap. Moroccan is a deeper exfoliation; Turkish is the gentler, more photogenic ritual. See our comparison page.
- Is spa a good activity after diving or snorkeling?
- Yes. Heat plus slow pressure relaxes the muscles after a day in the water and helps with the slight tension most divers feel in the shoulders and lower back.
- Is the spa open in the evening?
- Yes, every day from 09:00 to 22:00. Last booking is 90 minutes before closing. Evening slots are popular after a beach day or boat trip.
- Do I need to book in advance?
- We recommend booking ahead, especially for Cleopatra Plus and couples slots which can fill 2 to 3 days in advance. Same-day bookings are usually possible for the 60- and 90-minute massage.
- Are the treatments medical treatments?
- No. The treatments are wellness and relaxation services, not medical procedures. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or on blood thinners, please tell the therapist so the program can be adapted.
- Can children join spa packages?
- Children aged 7 and over can join the massage and beauty programs. The hammam programs are for adults only because of the heat.
- What should I bring?
- Just yourself. We provide towels, robes, slippers, and bottled water. Bring a swimsuit if you prefer covered for the hammam, otherwise disposables are available.
- How long does pickup take?
- Pickup inside Hurghada usually takes 10 to 25 minutes depending on hotel area. Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Makadi Bay are 30 to 45 minutes.
