About this experience
The 2-hour full body massage in Hurghada is the deepest single session we offer. Two unhurried hours, multiple techniques layered into one ritual: deep-tissue work on the back, relaxing flow strokes on the legs, optional warm-stone work on the calves, and a long scalp + face finish. Free pickup and drop-off from any hotel, resort, apartment or hostel inside Hurghada is included.
Why two hours of massage in Hurghada is different
An hour gets the body covered. 90 minutes gets it covered properly. Two hours lets the therapist combine techniques the way an experienced massage therapist actually wants to: warm the muscle with relaxing strokes, then go deep where it's needed, layer in heat through warm towels or stones, and finish with the long scalp + face work that most spas cut short. The body responds differently after 90 minutes than at 60, deeper relaxation, slower breathing, often a 5-10 minute drift into half-sleep.
The 4 layers of the 2-hour session
Layer 1, Minutes 0-15. Consultation + warm-up. Pressure preference, oil choice (jasmine, almond, eucalyptus, custom blend), focus areas, contraindications. Slow oil application across the back, then warm-up strokes for the entire posterior chain.
Layer 2, Minutes 15-60. Deep-tissue back, shoulders, neck, glutes. This is where the actual recovery happens. Trigger points are held until they release; the upper trapezius and the QL muscle (lower lumbar) get particular attention.
Layer 3, Minutes 60-95. Legs (back + front), calves, feet, with optional warm-stone placement on the calves while the therapist works the feet. Then arms, hands, abdomen (light, optional).
Layer 4, Minutes 95-120. The 25-minute scalp, face, ears and neck-front finish. This is the part people remember years later. Most guests describe falling into half-sleep during this section. Closing strokes are slow; you stay on the table for 3-4 minutes before sitting up.
Who books the 2-hour
Returning clients on third or fourth visit, couples celebrating an anniversary, anyone with chronic neck or lower-back tension, business travellers stepping off a 10-hour flight, divers after 4-5 days of consecutive dive trips. We see two to four guests per day on this option, mostly from the Sheraton Road, Hurghada Marina, El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh hotels. Booking 48 hours ahead is strongly recommended; the 2-hour slots are limited.
Add-ons that fit naturally
The 2-hour pairs well with: a Turkish hammam beforehand (the heat and exfoliation prep the muscle for deeper work), a 30-minute facial during the rest pause at minute 60 (rare, but possible, ask), or a foot scrub during the calf section. Each add-on is €15-20; we keep the same therapist throughout.
After the session
Drink at least one litre of water in the next three hours, no alcohol for the rest of the day, no beach/pool in direct sun for 4 hours. Most guests sleep deeper that night than any other on the trip; a few find they're in genuine half-trance for an hour after, plan a quiet evening, not a dinner reservation right after.
What to Expect
Plan around 2 hours 30 minutes door-to-door, including the free pickup and drop-off inside Hurghada. El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi are +€10 per guest. From Sheraton Road, the drive is 8 minutes; from El Gouna, around 35.
Wear or bring a swimsuit (or use our disposable underwear). Lockers, towels, mint tea and bottled water are provided. Tell the therapist at the start about chronic conditions, slipped discs, blood thinners, fresh sun-burn or pregnancy. Two hours is the safest length to do real deep-tissue work, but only if we know what to avoid.
Couples can book adjacent tables in the same room (the most popular configuration for the 2-hour) or, on request, a fully private suite for €40 per couple supplement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Honestly, yes. Start with the 60 or 90-minute on a first visit; the 2-hour is for travellers who already know they like deep massage and want the full layered experience. We won't refuse first-timers, but we'll recommend a shorter session.
No, the 2-hour is one continuous session. The depth comes from time-on-tissue, splitting it loses the effect. Book two separate 60 or 90-minute sessions instead.
Yes, side-by-side in the same room is the most popular setup. A fully private suite is €40 per couple supplement; useful for special occasions.
Scalp pressure-point work, face contour massage, ear acupressure, neck-front and jaw release. It's the part guests remember years later.
Yes, anywhere inside Hurghada (Sheraton Road, Marina, Mubarak 6, Old Town, El Mamsha) is free both ways. El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi are €10 per guest.
What guests are saying
Booked the 90-minute massage and it was honestly one of the best I've had. Therapist read me perfectly - deep on the shoulders, gentle elsewhere.
Bardzo polecam, atmosfera relaksująca, profesjonalne podejście.
Sehr entspannend, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
