Welcome to onze spa. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or directly at our spa reception.
Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is received (via PayPal, credit card, or cash).
You will receive a confirmation email or message with booking details.

2. Payments

Payments can be made online through PayPal, by credit/debit card, or in cash at the spa.
All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Additional transfer fees apply for pickups from El Gouna, Makadi, or Sahl Hasheesh (€10 per person).

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the booking date are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the program are non-refundable.
No-show without notice will be charged the full amount.

4. Refund Policy

If a genuine issue occurs during the spa program or while using our facilities, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking value.
Refunds are processed according to our Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
Respect the spa rules, staff, and other guests.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure safety and quality, onze spa is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Issues caused by undisclosed health conditions.
- Situations beyond our control (e.g., power cuts, unexpected technical issues).

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacybeleid.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to our programs, prices, or schedules when necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance whenever possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Egyptian law.
